Green Futures: Art for earth’s sake

The “Green Futures” magazine brings a feature by Ed Gillespie discussing whether Art could save the planet — or at least “change the climate of opinion on climate change”. The answer is yes; the reason: “Art is to the community what the dream is to the individual” according to Thomas Mann. And the feature lists examples of an “emerging body of work” adressing climate change. Green Futures was founded by the “Forum for the Future”. Green Futures and Forum for the Future are sponsored, amongst others, by BP, Calor Gas, RWE npower to name a few.
